Direct Debit Euro (SEPA) is not responding
Incident Report for Klarna
Between 16:05 - 16:25 CET yesterday (March 24), we experienced an issue with Direct Debit Euro (SEPA) transactions. Customers were unable to able to signup for a card and Klarna App users were unable to see their mandate on the payment method screen.
We have since fixed the issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
