Between approximately 11:10 - 12:15 (CEST) today (August 25), merchants may have observed some disruption when using the Merchant Portal, specifically slow loading pages which may have resulted in timeouts. We have since identified and addressed the cause of this problem, and we have verified that it is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
